I am seeing the movie Amazing Grace by Amata for the first time. I am very touched because I understand the language the natives speak in the movie. I understand the emotions in their cries which subtitles cannot convey because
I come from around that area of the Delta part of Nigeria.
I am thinking to myself and saying "a lot of cruel things have been done by humanity to humanity."
I feel like crying. I want to see those who brought this kind of torture upon a people as inhuman but then I remember that I am human too.
